I'm slowly revealing more and more OCs... I still don't know what to do with them, but they're fun to draw. What's also fun to draw is in grayscale, like this. His normal hair color is red, normal eye color is orange, by the way.

Anyway, Felix. He's 'jeez'-ing because my friend (haha, Kara, sorry, I forgot your dA name but I don't think you go on much anyway...) finds him raepable and he's displeased by this.
His normal personality is friendly and sweet, and he's a generally polite guy. Because he's on the younger end of my OC age scale, and because he looks young, people don't always take him seriously, but he still tries hard to get them to. He hates hypocrites and hypocrisy, he gets cold really, really easily (hence the sweater), and when he gets a job he wants to be a meteorologist.
Additionally, him and Adel (Adel being the eyepatch guy) are close friends. Adel is kind of a more serious guy, but he tends to feel like an older brother when he's with Felix, so he has a soft spot for him.
